Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will craft engaging content, build brand visibility, and develop strategies that strengthen our connection with audiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging multimedia content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
• Collaborate with videographers, designers, and instructors to showcase our courses and community.
• Track performance using analytics and optimize content for growth, reach, and engagement.
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or a strong portfolio of creative content.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) is a plus, not mandatory.
• Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
