About Us:
Smile Payments Commercial Brokers LLC is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and enhance the company’s online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging, high-quality, and visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, stories, and infographics).
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase visibility, generate leads, and grow brand awareness.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing skills (or coordination with designers).
• Knowledge of social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,500 per month (fixed)
