Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for experienced, creative, and strategically minded Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and elevate the digital presence of our entire group.

The Role:

You will be responsible for defining, executing, and monitoring the social media strategy across all our divisions: corporate services provider, accounting firm and real estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive, cross-platform Social Media Content Calendar (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Content Creation: Generate compelling, original and compliant content tailored to each sector:
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Brand Voice: Ensure consistent and professional brand messaging across the entire Arena Group portfolio.
• Market Research: Stay current with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and sector-specific content opportunities in the UAE and Romania.

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably within the Corporate Services, Finance, or Real Estate sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage complex, multi-brand content calendars.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong visual aesthetic, particularly for platforms like Instagram.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn best practices for professional services marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and analytics platforms.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Romanian is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
