Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and help grow our online community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media campaigns, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads (as needed).
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly social media performance reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and/or Adobe tools.
• Proven experience running social media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
