Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content tailored for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience feedback through social listening.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Engage with followers and manage relationships through effective community management.
• Conduct proofreading of all published content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management and marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and graphic design concepts.
• Experience in content creation across various formats including photography and video editing is preferred.
• Familiarity with relationship management techniques and public relations strategies is a plus.
