Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture our clients' online communities.

You will be the first point of contact for all social media interactions, responsible for responding to comments and direct messages (DMs) promptly and professionally. A key part of this role is to identify and qualify potential customer leads from these interactions and efficiently pass them to the sales team.

This position is perfect for an excellent communicator who is passionate about social media and has a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to all comments, DMs, and inquiries across various social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and positive brand voice for each of our diverse clients.
  • Lead Identification: Engage in conversations with users to identify potential sales leads and business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Ask probing questions to understand user needs and determine if they are a qualified lead.
  • Data Collection: Accurately collect and record all potential lead information (e.g., name, contact details, specific interests) into our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team on community sentiment, frequently asked questions, and emerging trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Social Media Coordinator, Community Manager, Customer Service, or SDR).
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English (fluency is a must).
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms.
  • A customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to identify sales signals and opportunities.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai and eligible to work in the UAE.
