We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering meaningful audience engagement to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build and maintain relationships with followers.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
- Manage the social media content calendar to ensure timely and strategic posting.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (2–3 years) as a Social Media Marketer.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong understanding of hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create visual content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing skills for Reels, Shorts, or TikTok content.
