Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights about brand perception, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility in search engine results.
- Run targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, branding, e-commerce, and content creation to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Engage with followers by managing relationship management efforts, responding promptly to comments or inquiries, and fostering community growth.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Support public relations initiatives by creating press releases or media pitches that align with social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography, and related tools to continuously improve our strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Ability to create compelling multimedia content including videos (video editing skills), photography, and graphics tailored for various platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills for error-free content creation.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns as well as other paid social media advertising options.
- Experience in relationship management—building authentic connections with followers, influencers, media contacts, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
