We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and elevate the online presence of our F&B brands. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content creation, community engagement, and social media strategy — with a deep understanding of the UAE dining scene and current digital trends. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring each brand’s personality to life across social platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Content Direction & Planning

  • Develop creative mood boards, visual references, and shooting directions for each brand.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand identity, campaigns, seasonal themes, and marketing priorities.
  • Create shot lists and clear briefs to guide the external production agency (photos & videos).
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic goals


Agency Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between the F&B group and the external video/photo agency.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and revisions.
  • Ensure production teams receive all required details (dishes, setups, props, staff availability, venue readiness).
  • Review and approve agency content before publishing.


Social Media Management

  • Upload, schedule, and publish content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Write creative and engaging captions for each brand.
  • Maintain a unified social media calendar for all concepts under the group.
  • Monitor trends and proactively integrate them where relevant.


Community Management

  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate tone.
  • Monitor guest sentiment and report important feedback to the marketing manager.
  • Engage with relevant pages, communities, and guests to boost visibility.


Campaign & Brand Support

  • Assist in launching new menu items, seasonal promotions, events, and influencer visits.
  • Ensure social media supports ongoing marketing campaigns such as reviews, UGC, partnerships, PR activities, and store activations.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance metrics: reach, engagement, followers, top-performing posts, and audience insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.
  • Keep an eye on competitor activities and trends within the UAE F&B market.


On-Site Coordination

  • Attend shoots to ensure direction is followed accurately.
  • Prepare outlets before shoots (cleaning, décor touch-ups, props, plating standards).
  • Capture additional mobile content when needed (BTS, stories, live coverage).


Skills & Qualifications


Technical & Creative Skills

  • Strong ability to create mood boards, shot lists, and visual references.
  • Good understanding of storytelling, framing, and social media aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Lightroom; bonus for basic Adobe Photoshop/Premiere.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and content trends.
  • Ability to review and evaluate the quality of images/videos delivered by the agency.


Soft Skills

  • Highly organized with strong project management and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to brief and align with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for details.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple brands at once.
  • Passion for F&B, hospitality, and modern digital content.


Experience

  • 2–4 years in social media, digital marketing, or content direction (F&B experience preferred).
  • Experience working with creative agencies or production teams is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of UAE market and dining culture is preferred.
