Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in SEO, social media marketing, advertising sales, and marketing automation to enhance our market presence and support business objectives.

Duties

  • Develop and implement integrated multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and print advertising.
  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Manage advertising sales initiatives to expand brand reach and revenue streams.
  • Maintain and update the company's website using WordPress, incorporating basic HTML as needed for customization.
  • Create compelling content through copywriting that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights for targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
  • Manage budgets for various campaigns ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including performance marketing, B2B marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation purposes.
  • Experience with WordPress, basic HTML, and managing online content effectively.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Excellent research, copywriting, and communication skills to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns for better performance outcomes.
