Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

Manage and execute social media strategy for multiple brands across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Maintain and grow existing sm accounts

Create and launch new social media pages for in-house brands such

Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and messaging are consistent yet distinct for each brand

Content Creation & Planning

Plan monthly content calendars for all brands

Create engaging content including:

Food photography & videos (reels, stories, posts)

Product highlights, recipes, chef features, and brand storytelling

Work closely with internal teams, chefs, sales, and marketing to generate relevant content ideas

Coordinate shoots, basic styling, and on-ground content capture where required

Community Management

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Engage with followers, chefs, bakers, partners, and food communities

Build a strong online community around food, quality, and brand trust

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance

Share basic reports and insights to improve content and engagement

Stay updated with social media trends, food trends, and platform updates

Requirements & Qualifications

Preferred Background

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related fields OR

Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or Digital Marketing with a strong interest in food

Experience

1–4 years of experience in social media management

Experience handling food, hospitality, restaurant, FMCG, or gourmet brands is a strong plus

Freshers with relevant internships, strong portfolios, or food-related education are welcome

Skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram

Good eye for food aesthetics, plating, styling, and visual storytelling

Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, InShot, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)

Excellent written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)

Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously

Organized, proactive, and creative mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
