Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist who can build strong brand presence, drive engagement, and grow our online community across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

You’ll be responsible for content strategy, execution, analytics, and growth, working closely with the marketing and product teams.

Key responsibility:

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, carousels, stories)

- Manage daily social media activities across all platforms

- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals

- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity

- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)

- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Engage with audience via comments, DMs, and community management

- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers

- Support brand campaigns, launches, and promotions

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube algorithms

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools

- Excellent copywriting and content storytelling skills

- Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar

- Good communication and time management skills

Nice to have:

- Experience with short-form video marketing (Reels, Shorts)

- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations

- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing

- Experience in startup or tech-based environment

Pay: ₹9,432.12 - ₹33,805.77 per month
