Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for premium and legacy client accounts.
• Create monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and social-first ideas that align with brand goals.
• Oversee content creation including copywriting, creative direction, and coordination with design/video teams.
• Monitor analytics across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms; generate performance reports.
• Improve engagement, reach, retention, and community growth through data-backed optimization.
• Lead social media planning for product launches, campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage client communication, presentations, feedback loops, and expectation alignment.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new social tools to keep clients ahead of competitors.
• Train, guide, and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent output quality.
• Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual identity are maintained across all content.
• Minimum 8+ years of full-time experience in social media management (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Proven expertise managing large, legacy, or long-term client accounts.
• Strong understanding of strategic storytelling, content frameworks, and creative direction.
• Proficiency in tools: Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Canva/Figma, scheduling platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and client-handling skills.
• Experience coordinating with design, video, and paid media teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and operate independently under pressure.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹60,461.78 - ₹70,896.88 per month
