Job Summary:

Swift Technologies in Coimbatore seeks a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to manage both performance marketing and social media. This role involves planning/executing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn while growing social accounts with engaging content strategies, analytics, and brand-aligned posts to drive ROI and engagement. With 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and others as needed
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, video, reels, stories)
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with the community professionally
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Manage paid social campaigns

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Sprout)
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
Ability to analyze data and optimize content accordingly
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with performance marketing & Content marketing.

Strong project management and strategic thinking abilities
