Role Overview
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies for multiple brands. This role ensures timely content delivery, strong brand consistency, and effective coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each brand’s goals and KPIs.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands across platforms.
- Oversee designs and coordinate closely with creative teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with clients to align content direction, approvals, and expectations.
- Prepare concise copy and design briefs so each team clearly understands objectives, target audience, and key messages.
- Monitor the status of all content tasks, identify potential delays early, and keep stakeholders informed on timelines.
- Review content for brand voice, accuracy, and basic quality before client or internal approval and publishing.
- Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and supports defined KPIs.
- Support client or internal review meetings by presenting content calendars and explaining key ideas when required.
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and share key insights with relevant teams.
- Recommend content improvements or new ideas based on performance data, audience insights, and platform trends.
- Maintain organized content assets, calendars, and documentation as a single source of truth for the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing execution.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and content optimization.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
