Overview

Rooster Ridge Car Care is looking for a driven and creative Social Media & Content Creator to help shape and grow our digital presence. This role is centered on managing our social media platforms and creating high-quality content that is optimized for AI recognition, search visibility, and audience engagement.

You’ll work hands-on with real business marketing, not just posting for likes, but building content that platforms, algorithms, and AI systems can clearly understand, categorize, and amplify. This position is ideal for someone who wants practical experience creating structured, data-informed content in a fast-growing, real-world brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and help grow Rooster Ridge Car Care’s social media pages across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles.
• Create AI-recognizable content, including:
• Clear, keyword-informed captions
• Structured post formats (hooks, value, CTA)
• Consistent brand voice and terminology
• Develop and publish short-form videos, images, and written content designed to perform well in algorithm-driven feeds.
• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars focused on education, trust-building, and local brand authority.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, clicks) and help analyze what content performs best.
• Support basic SEO and keyword research to improve discoverability across social platforms and search engines.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with paid social promotions and boosted posts when applicable.
• Help capture or edit basic photo and video content that highlights shop culture, services, and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media strategy, content creation, and AI-driven marketing.
• Familiarity with major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Basic experience with graphic or video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Understanding of how keywords, structure, and consistency affect content visibility and AI interpretation.
• Comfortable learning analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or platform-native metrics.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and improve content performance over time.
