We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with a proven ability to create and execute high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and capable of working independently to achieve measurable results.

Role Overview
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will develop, manage, and optimise both paid and organic campaigns across a wide range of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Yelp, and more.
This role requires a hands-on, data-driven professional who can craft engaging content, run targeted ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements to drive brand growth and ROI. The specialist will work closely with the Project Manager and the creative team while operating independently to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns tailored to audience segments and objectives.
- Manage organic content calendars, daily posting, engagement, and community interactions.
- Create performance reports and present data-driven insights for ongoing optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI).
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and the Project Manager to align campaigns with brand goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and advertising tools across all platforms.
- Proactively identify opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms and ad budgets efficiently and ensure performance meets target metrics.
- Work independently and confidently, taking ownership of performance and results.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing social media marketing campaigns with a measurable track record of success.
- Deep understanding of paid and organic marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Yelp, and others.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and social ad dashboards.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and ad optimization.
- Highly independent, proactive, and accountable, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with U.S.-based or service-industry brands is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- $400– $600 monthly salary (based on experience and skills)
