Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator who understands the power of short-form content and knows how to capture attention across platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or entry-level candidate looking to gain real-world marketing experience while building a brand in the home services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Manage and grow company profiles across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Develop content ideas that showcase services, behind-the-scenes work, and customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and apply them to our brand voice
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community
• Collaborate with team members to capture content on-site when needed
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to content strategy

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form content that performs well on social media
• Active personal social media presence with a strong following (must be able to demonstrate)
• Familiarity with current trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
• Strong communication and creative storytelling skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Interest in marketing, communications, or digital media (preferred but not required)
