About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate will craft engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and run campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement — particularly within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms with a focus on real estate marketing.
- Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, ads) tailored to each platform, including property listings, project launches, virtual tours, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate and manage real estate leads through organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and lead generation performance.
- Manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, industry developments, platform updates, and emerging social media technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, sales teams, and marketing teams for cohesive branding and messaging.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for property promotions and monitor ROI.
- Identify and collaborate with real estate influencers, agents, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct competitor analysis within the real estate industry to benchmark performance and refine strategies.
- Ensure all social media activities align with the company’s brand identity, marketing goals, and real estate compliance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media for real estate developers, agencies, or property firms.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Experience in content creation, graphic design, and video editing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
- Basic understanding of HTML and email marketing platforms.
- Experience running paid lead generation campaigns for property sales is highly preferred.
- Understanding of CRM integration and real estate lead management systems is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based at Head Office in Karachi.
- May include site visits, property launches, expos, and external meetings as required.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
