Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with the Odette & Co. brand
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media content and community engagement
• Shoot and edit short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns
• Assist with event promotion, coordination, and in-store activations
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with leadership to support broader marketing initiatives and brand strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
• Experience with digital marketing and campaign management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing (required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Capcut
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and organizational skills
