Social Media Marketing Specialist — Content Creator (Evening Shift)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-C, Karachi (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time | Shift: Mon–Sat, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (Evening)
Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 45,000 / month + PKR 3,000 punctuality allowance (paid monthly) — immediate openings for a long-term, dedicated hire.

ABS International is a 16-year leader in BPO & digital services. We’re hiring a hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist who creates content end-to-end — shooting/editing short videos, designing visuals, and publishing engaging posts that drive traffic and leads for the brand.

What you’ll own (key responsibilities)

• Create original social content (short-form video, reels, carousel graphics) from concept to publish — shoot, edit, caption and format for Meta & LinkedIn.
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro / DaVinci / Final Cut (or similar) and design graphics in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva.
• Plan and execute platform-specific content strategies to grow organic engagement and referral traffic.
• Implement basic paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and support LinkedIn Ads as needed (collaborate with paid team).
• Monitor performance (engagement, CTR, watch-time) and iterate weekly using platform insights and GA4.
• Manage posting calendars, community responses, and ensure on-brand, high-quality creative output.

Must-have qualifications

• 1+ year practical experience creating social media content (you personally produce & edit videos and create graphics).
• Strong video editing skills and portfolio (Premiere Pro / DaVinci / Final Cut or similar).
• Graphic design competency (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva) and a linkable portfolio of past posts.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social analytics; basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads.
• Available for evening shift (Mon–Sat, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) and able to work on-site at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13-C.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to long-term on-site employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with short-form formats (Reels, Shorts), motion graphics, simple sound design, and captioning workflows.
• Basic SEO/content repurposing skills for better organic discoverability.
