Position: Social Media Manager
Objective:
Lead the expansion of our social media presence and engagement on various social media platforms, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and all other trending and relevant platforms
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! • Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
- Develop and execute strategic Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously optimize ad placements, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
- Utilize audience segmentation strategies to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviours effectively
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), Cost of Acquisition (COA) and conversion rates. Provide regular and ad hoc reports to the marketing leadership team, highlighting campaign performance, trends, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Generate comprehensive reports on advertising performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Market Research & Audience Targeting:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify and refine target audiences, optimizing marketing efforts for maximum impact.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviours for effective ad targeting.
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor advertising activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation
Content Strategy | Collaborative Working
- Collaborate with content creators to develop, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms, driving engagement and building brand awareness among potential students.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the application of best practices and innovation in campaigns
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor in any steam along with a Diploma or Bachelor in Digital Marketing
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in running Amazon Ads and minimum 1-year experience in running Facebook/Meta/Google ads
- A keen awareness of current trends in content especially in digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Ads and other advertising tools and platforms.
- Strong experience and expertise in all mediums of digital marketing, including email marketing, PPC, WhatsApp, SMS etc.
- Proven experience in Facebook and Google ads with a proven track record of maintaining high ROAS.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing scalable marketing campaigns, driving growth and customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, metrics, and performance trends to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
- Creative mind-set with a knack for developing engaging ad copy, visuals, and messaging.
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, and a commitment to upholding data confidentiality and protection protocols
- Well-versed with MS – Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
- Excellent verbal and creative writing skills
