Social Media Marketing Specialist - Femal

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content (text, image, video, and stories) tailored for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to optimize campaigns.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads – if required).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to maintain brand consistency.
• Research new trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media.
• Support overall digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven work experience with a min. 2 years, as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Mandatory Skills:

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Video editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

SEO knowledge is a plus.

Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships is an advantage.
