Position Overview:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist with an IT background, you will be a key player in crafting and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience. You will combine your creative flair with technical proficiency to leverage the latest digital marketing tools, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

Technical Integration:

• Leverage IT knowledge to implement and optimize social media management tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate social media data and analytics into broader business intelligence systems.

Content Creation and Management:

• Generate visually appealing and technically accurate content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent postings across social media channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
• Extract meaningful insights from data to inform future strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Emerging Technologies:
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in both social media and IT.
• Propose and implement innovative strategies to leverage new technologies for marketing purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a solid understanding of IT concepts.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong creative and technical skills, including graphic design and video editing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information in a user-friendly manner.
