Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You will receive hands-on training and exposure to real-time marketing activities while supporting the brand’s online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
• Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns
• Research current trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies
• Write engaging captions and basic content for posts
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and visual content
• Monitor post performance, engagement, comments, and messages
• Support daily social media activities and brand awareness initiatives

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Good communication and creative thinking skills
• Basic content writing and captioning skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Ability to work in a team and follow timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
