Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training sessions on Social Media Marketing, covering a wide range of topics, including but not limited to social media strategy, content creation, paid advertising, analytics, and platform-specific best practices.

2. Create and deliver engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.

3. Provide hands-on guidance and support to students to help them develop practical social media marketing skills.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media platforms to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.

5. Evaluate and assess the performance and progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

6. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and update training materials as needed.

7. Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.

Qualifications:

1. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.

2. A minimum of one year of practical experience in Social Media Marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies.

3. In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices.

4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

5. A passion for teaching and helping others learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.

6. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the social media marketing industry.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of learners.
