Job Title: Social Media Officer

We need a social media Officer who has experience of 2 to 3 year's in community building, multiple account management, consistent posting, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content across platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
• Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and marketing, to align on messaging and campaign objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches to social media.
• Support the execution of paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
• Uphold and strengthen the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touch points.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.
• Expertise in platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Deep understanding of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Strong written and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards.
