Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing online communities, executing social media campaigns, and strengthening our brand awareness within the UAE real estate market.

The Social Media Officer will play a key role in showcasing our projects, company culture, achievements, and industry expertise while generating engagement and supporting lead-generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Produce compelling content such as captions, reels, stories, videos, project updates, and promotional materials.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality visual and video content.
• Cover project launches, site progress updates, company events, and corporate activities for digital platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support lead-generation campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and communications.
• Assist in influencer partnerships, digital advertising campaigns, and online reputation management.
• Ensure all content reflects the company’s values, brand identity, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably within the UAE.
• Experience in content creation, community management, and social media campaign execution.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience with graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
• Basic photography and videography skills are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
