Job Summary

As the Social Media Officer at Seven Tides Digital, you are the voice of our brand online. You take ownership of creating, managing, and growing our social media presence, ensuring that every post, story, and interaction reflects professionalism, creativity, and customer focus.

You understand that social media is not just about posting—it’s about building relationships, engaging audiences, and driving results. You combine creativity with responsibility, turning ideas into impactful campaigns that support sales, marketing, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• You create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• You design graphics, write captions, and produce videos that align with brand identity and business goals.
• You manage a content calendar, ensuring consistency, variety, and relevance in all posts.

Community Engagement

• You interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• You build meaningful relationships with customers, partners, and influencers.
• You monitor conversations about our brand and ensure a positive online reputation.

Campaigns & Strategy

• You plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and company events.
• You collaborate with the sales and e-commerce teams to drive traffic and increase online sales.
• You identify trends and apply creative ideas to keep TPFG relevant in the digital space.

Analytics & Reporting

• You track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, conversions).
• You prepare regular reports for management, highlighting wins and areas of improvement.
• You use insights to refine content and campaign strategies for better results.

Collaboration

• You work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and SEO officers to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• You coordinate with sales and customer service to address customer feedback and promote services.
• You partner with external agencies, influencers, and media outlets when required.

Brand Development

• You maintain a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across platforms.
• You ensure all communication reflects trust, professionalism, and customer-first values.
• You actively contribute to strengthening Seven Tides Digital’s digital brand identity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
