Days & Timings

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Day Shift: 11 AM - 8 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads from social media groups, pages and online communities using live chat or calls and convert leads into customers.
• Handling real-time customer interactions. Providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure all chats meet quality and response time standards.

Requirements

• Gender: Females Only
• Education: Inter to Masters
• Experience: 2+ year lead generation and customer acquisition using social media live chat (text, voice or video).
• Must have command on using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Live Chat, social media interaction, customer support.
• Communication skills: Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
• If you are applying for online position then you must have fast internet connection, able to use zoom and other online software for monitoring and reporting.

Package

• Basic Salary Rs. 50,000 per month.
• After Probation on Performance: Rs. 55,000
• Performance based rewards
