ob Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, (Arabic–English) professional to manage customer engagement, social media, and online sales for our e-commerce and retail brand. The ideal candidate will post videos and content across platforms, respond to customers in real time, and coordinate orders and deliveries to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post daily videos, stories, and product content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media and WhatsApp in both Arabic and English.
- Assist customers to place online orders via the website, app, or WhatsApp, and guide them through the purchase process.
- Answer phone calls and provide product information, pricing, and after-sales assistance.
- Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) performance and assist with boosting or ad campaigns.
- Maintain a positive brand image through quick, friendly, and professional communication.
- Achieve monthly online sales targets and report progress to management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in social media management, customer service, or online sales.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce communication.
- Good computer and smartphone skills (posting, replying, data entry).
- Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Familiar with UAE delivery processes and customer preferences.
