Responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day social media operations and content planning
• Communicate confidently with clients — understand briefs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment
• Manage publishing schedules across multiple platforms
• Work closely with content creators, designers, and strategists
• Track performance metrics and assist with reporting
• Ensure consistency in communication and delivery

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus)
• Fluent in English and confident in client communication
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Trello
