As a Social Media Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Assign tasks to designers and track progress through project management tools (not WhatsApp).
  • Review and approve all creatives and captions before publishing.
  • Coordinate with the account handler to ensure timely posting across all platforms.
  • Maintain a structured checklist to ensure no post is missed.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain consistency and professionalism.
  • Maintain project timelines, updates, and reports inside the assigned tool.
  • Communicate task updates clearly and professionally no informal or untracked communication.
  • Ensure all projects run smoothly and deadlines are met without reminders.
