As a Social Media Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Assign tasks to designers and track progress through project management tools (not WhatsApp).
- Review and approve all creatives and captions before publishing.
- Coordinate with the account handler to ensure timely posting across all platforms.
- Maintain a structured checklist to ensure no post is missed.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain consistency and professionalism.
- Maintain project timelines, updates, and reports inside the assigned tool.
- Communicate task updates clearly and professionally no informal or untracked communication.
- Ensure all projects run smoothly and deadlines are met without reminders.
