Social Media Outreach & Communications Specialist (Remote)

Ringo Media is looking for a proactive and confident Social Media Outreach & Communications Specialist to help engage potential clients, manage outreach conversations, handle inbound inquiries, attend calls, and book qualified appointments.

This role combines social media outreach, lead engagement, client communication, appointment coordination, and occasional lead conversion responsibilities.

You will actively communicate with prospects across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms while professionally handling inbound inquiries and follow-ups.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to build relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform social media outreach across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Engage with leads through DMs, comments, groups, and online communities
• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with leads professionally
• Attend incoming business calls and handle initial conversations
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments
• Maintain organized communication and lead tracking inside CRM systems
• Assist with converting qualified leads when appropriate
• Report on outreach activity, appointments booked, and lead quality

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer communication
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable handling phone calls and speaking with potential clients
• Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and messaging platforms for outreach
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools
• Digital marketing industry experience is a plus

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
