Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital presence of our client. As a premier player in the large-scale events, exhibitions, and corporate activations industry, our client's digital footprints require a unique blend of high-energy organic engagement and hyper-targeted paid advertising.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building buzz around major national and international expos, corporate events, and trade shows. You must have a proven track record of handling organic social media strategy, on-ground event coverage, and running high-ROI paid ad campaigns (such as Facebook Touch Point/Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn) to drive registrations, visitor footfall, and B2B client leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute comprehensive social media campaigns for upcoming exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events to maximize digital visibility and audience registration.
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook Touch Point/Ads Manager), Google Display/Search, and LinkedIn. Drive targeted traffic and generate quality leads for corporate stalls and visitor registrations.
- On-Ground Event Coverage: Lead real-time digital coverage during live events and expos—including managing live streams, capturing high-quality stories/reels, and conducting quick video snippets of key stakeholders.
- Content & Copywriting Direction: Collaborate with design and video production teams to create highly engaging visual content, reels, and brochures. Write compelling, professional ad copies and captions tailored for a business audience.
- Community Management: Oversee daily engagement across all social media handles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), ensuring prompt responses to queries regarding event schedules, stall bookings, and visitor passes.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor daily ad spend, track performance metrics (CPA, CTR, Lead Quality), and provide comprehensive post-event digital analytics reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Digital Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience managing social media and paid performance marketing. (Experience in event management, exhibitions, media agencies, or corporate B2B environments is highly preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on command over Meta Ads Manager (FTP), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Event Agile: Ability to work dynamically during live events, managing tight timelines and high-pressure on-ground environments.
- Communication: Strong command of English and Urdu, with excellent copywriting and communication skills to interact with corporate clients and partners.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
