About the Role

Cafe in Bani Gala, Islamabad is looking for a creative storyteller to capture our "New Era" . We aren't just looking for someone to take photos; we need someone who can capture the steam rising from a cup of coffee, the texture of our new interior, and the vibe of a sunset in Bani Gala.

This role is perfect for a photographer who understands social media trends and can produce high-quality Reels and TikToks alongside professional stills.

Responsibilities

• Food & Lifestyle Photography: Shoot high-quality photos of our new menu items, beverages, and interior design for social media and marketing materials.
• Short-Form Video (Reels/TikToks): Film and edit engaging short-form videos (BTS, food prep, atmosphere) to keep our audience engaged.
• Content Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the "premium and soulful" branding of Darwesh Cafe.
• Live Coverage: Capture real-time moments during our Grand Re-Opening (April 17) and future events.
• Minor Editing: Perform color grading on photos and basic video editing (syncing to music, transitions, adding text overlays).

Requirements

• Portfolio: Must provide a link to a portfolio or Instagram page showcasing food and interior photography.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop and mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush).
• Equipment: Must have their own professional camera gear and a smartphone capable of high-quality 4K video.
• Creative Eye: A strong understanding of lighting, composition, and current social media aesthetics.
• Availability: Ability to visit the cafe in Bani Gala for scheduled shoots (can be part-time or project-based).
