Social Media Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Project Manager to oversee and execute strategic campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will manage social media initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with brand goals. Your role involves leading cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning
• Develop and manage comprehensive social media campaigns that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create content calendars.
• Project Management
• Coordinate social media projects from conception to execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Use project management tools to monitor tasks, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the liaison between creative, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Content Creation & Management
• Oversee the creation of engaging and brand-consistent content for all platforms.
• Review and approve posts, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Team Collaboration
• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, designers, and copywriters.
• Foster an environment of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align social media goals with business objectives.
• Present project updates, reports, and deliverables to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 5 years in social media management or project management roles.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working in an agency or with multiple clients.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
