We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content, increasing engagement, and building a strong brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
- Manage the daily operation of social media accounts and ensure consistent brand tone.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Respond to followers, manage comments and messages professionally.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads).
- Prepare monthly reports on performance, growth, and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Strong copywriting skills in English and Arabic (optional to remove Arabic if not needed).
- Ability to create basic visual content (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in analyzing social media insights and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience in managing social media for brands in Qatar or GCC.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
- Experience in photography/videography is a plus.
