Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Create compelling content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Monitor social media channels to track trends, gather insights, and interact with followers.

Respond promptly and professionally to messages and comments to maintain strong community relationships.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content and campaigns align with overall business objectives.

Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Ideally 6 months of experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English is required.
