The Social Media Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services through social media platforms, engaging with customers online, and driving sales through digital channels. The role involves creating posts, responding to customer inquiries, managing online orders, and ensuring a positive brand image across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote company products through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage online sales transactions and coordinate with the store or warehouse for order fulfillment.
  • Prepare engaging content (photos, videos, captions) to attract customers and increase followers.
  • Monitor and report on social media trends, feedback, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan promotions and campaigns.
  • Maintain product listings, pricing, and stock updates on online platforms.
  • Build relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media marketing or online sales (3–4 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of popular social media platforms.
  • Basic photography or video editing skills will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple online conversations at once.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
