Position Purpose:
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive with excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of digital communications and agency coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms and managing relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging and the successful execution of social media strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:Primary Accountabilities:
- Write original, compelling content for various brands across multiple social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Assist in communication and coordination with digital agencies for social media content development aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc., at optimal times for reach and engagement.
- Monitor and engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support in the development of video and lifestyle content to enhance social media engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all social media touchpoints.
- Track performance and generate analytical reports using tools such as Iconosquare, Hootsuite, META Insights, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and align content creation with campaign goals.
- Manage communication across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs from external partners.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and content strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in social media content creation, digital communication, or client servicing is highly preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and current content trends.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Iconosquare, META Insights).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Bilingual candidates (Arabic & English) will be considered an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
