We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage content creation, curation, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and design teams to create high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
- Ensure brand voice, style, and values are consistently reflected across all platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
