Digital Marketing Specialist
A Digital Marketing Specialist creates, implements, and tracks contents for online marketing campaigns to promote a company's products or services, driving traffic and generating leads. Their responsibilities include developing digital content and assets, managing SEO/SEM and social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on results to stakeholders. Key skills needed for this role are proficiency in Designing, Photography, Content creation, e-commerce content management, SEO, Data analysis, and Strategic planning to build brand awareness and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Produce compelling written and graphic visual content, such as blog posts, ad copy, and social media updates, to engage the target audience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Paid Advertising (SEM/PPC):
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, optimize ad spend, and monitor performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Campaign Management:
Develop, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, search engines, and email.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, and report on results to leadership.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify target audiences, stay updated on industry trends, and understand the competitive landscape.
Essential Skills
Strategic Thinking:
Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Designing (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), Photography, SEO, SEM, social media platforms and data analytics tools.
Content & Creative Skills:
Ability to create engaging digital content and visual concepts for marketing activities.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven optimizations.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English language to articulate strategies, craft messages, and report on results.
Education:
Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Digital Marketing.
