Social Media Sales Rep (Instagram DM Closer)

At TorkStrap LLC, We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn conversations into sales. $16/hr + 7% commission.

Role Snapshot:
This is not a typical “social media job.”
You won’t be posting content or scheduling posts.

You’ll be:

• Talking to real customers every day
• Recommending products that solve real problems
• Getting paid based on how much you sell

What you will NOT be doing:

• No cold calling
• No posting content
• No graphic design
• No complicated CRM work

This role is 100% focused on conversation → conversion

ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are TorkStrap — a fast-growing eCommerce brand selling innovative cargo straps used by contractors, outdoor enthusiasts, and everyday drivers.

Our content reaches hundreds of thousands of people monthly, and we generate daily inbound messages from customers asking what to buy.

We need someone to own those conversations and convert them into sales.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to inbound Instagram & Facebook messages
• Starting conversations with people engaging with our content
• Recommending the right product based on their needs
• Sending purchase links and guiding customers to checkout
• Capturing emails when appropriate
• Keeping light notes on engaged leads (Google Sheets and META CRM)

Compensation:

• $16/hour base
• + 7% commission on sales you generate

Expected earnings:

• Average: $800–$1,200/week
• Top performers: $1,500+/week
