Social Media Scheduler

Job Role:

We are hiring Social Media Scheduler for a client’s diverse group of businesses based in Scotland and Dubai.

The Social Media Scheduler is a core operational role based in Dubai, the role is responsible for publishing approved content, monitoring activity and moderating engagement across all group social media channels, supporting company including e-commerce interests. The role is execution-focused and works closely with senior stakeholders across Scotland and Dubai to ensure content goes live accurately on time and in line with established brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Threads
• Use Meta Business Suite as the primary scheduling and management tool
• Monitor comments, mentions and direct messages during working hours
• Respond to routine enquiries in line with defined brand voice guidelines
• Moderate public interactions to protect brand reputation and community standards
• Escalate sensitive or complex queries appropriately using judgement and context
• Coordinate with:
• Scotland Comms Team
• Events Team
• Senior managers across the group
• Group leadership
• Carry out light design and formatting tasks, including resizing assets and simple Canva edits
• Maintain accuracy, consistency and professionalism across all platforms and brands

Skills and Experience

• Experience scheduling and managing content across multiple social media platforms
• Strong familiarity with Meta Business Suite
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Confidence operating in a public-facing digital environment
• Ability to work across multiple brands with strict tone-of-voice guidelines
• Basic design and visual editing capability
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working with senior stakeholders

Working Hours

• 11:00am to 8:00pm, Dubai-based
