Social Media & Shopify Website Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Social Media & Shopify Website coordinator to manage our online presence and maintain our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and able to handle daily social media content, website updates, and e-commerce tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.)
• Create and upload posts, reels, stories, and product content
• Update and manage our Shopify website.
• Add new products, edit descriptions, upload images, and manage categories
• Handle basic SEO for products and collections
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media
• Assist with Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads (optional but preferred)
• Basic content creation using Canva / CapCut
• Monitor analytics and improve engagement and website performance
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms

Requirements:

• Experience in Social Media Management
• Strong knowledge of Shopify website management
• Ability to upload products, manage collections, and handle basic Shopify settings
• Good communication skills
• Basic photo and video editing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
