Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with OAK’s marketing and business development goals.

Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written posts) to showcase architectural projects.

Manage and monitor OAK’s official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices, applying them to OAK’s strategy.

Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to promote projects, events, and initiatives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing campaigns.

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Apply SEO best practices within social media content to enhance reach and visibility.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all social platforms.

Build relationships with industry influencers and engage with relevant online communities to expand reach.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

Monitor platforms for potential issues and respond effectively to protect the company’s reputation.

Support event promotion, webinars, and community engagement through tailored social media activities.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (experience in architecture or design industry is preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in social media management tools , analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
