Job description

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence across multiple platforms, build engaging content, grow our audience, and analyze performance to ensure impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels).
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google, TikTok Ads) and optimize performance.
• Track and report KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for cohesive campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in [English/Arabic/both].
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
