Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Junior Social Media Executive* with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on *organic social media growth*. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and building online communities without relying heavily on paid ads.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, create, and schedule organic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)

* Build and manage social media calendars aligned with campaign goals

* Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform

* Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions

* Track social performance using platform analytics (Meta Insights, Analytics, etc.)

* Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes

* Conduct competitor and hashtag research to improve reach and engagement

* Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-quality visuals and creatives

* Support influencer collaborations and organic campaigns when needed

Requirements:*

* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing

* Strong understanding of *organic social media strategy* (non-paid growth)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.

* Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing

* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail

* Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
