Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be the digital voice of the festival before, during, and after the event. You ll work with content creators, creatives, on ground producers, and influencers to deliver high impact content and live activations. You ll own the social media experience for one of the UAE s most vibrant public festivals.

This is a 4 month contract, including a ~1 month on site stay during the festival period (accommodation, meals & basic on site amenities provided).

What You ll Do

• Develop & manage a dynamic social media content plan across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms (pre, during, post).
• Lead live content capture and posting during the festival stories, reels, BTS, audience moments.
• Engage the online community in real time respond to comments, moderate interactions, foster connection.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers, and on ground producers to produce fresh, relevant daily content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
• Track content performance, derive insights, and produce weekly reports.
• Liaise with influencer managers for amplified reach and cross promotion.
• Contribute to creative ideation and trend spotting throughout the festival lifecycle.
• Support approvals, scheduling, and rapid publishing workflows on site.
